My Mother has a Britony Combi Boiler by Chaffoteaux Ltd. It is about 2 years old. After pressing reset it works well but then won't fire up at the next set period. I have a feeling that it is when the boiler is used for heating water whilst the heating isn't on that it fails to then switch back to heating the central heating next time it is asked to fire up. Plumbers have now been called out three times and as far as I can see no progress is being made. Any suggestions?
