| hi all, does anybody know if central heating pipes should be earthed if so what sort of positions should the be earthed at or is it just one per pipe or every few metres,also i am fitting central heating with new combi boiler and wondering how easy it is to wire in a thermostat to a new boiler,hope you can help cheers for reading. |

By law you have to demonstrate compitence to fit your own gas boiler, from your questions I can only recommend you get an engineer in to fit the boiler, do the gas work and commission it.

Hate to say this but by the question 'how easy ......' I would honestly say you have no idea what is involved and would not be competent to carry out the work safely- leave well alone not only for your sake but also for the safety of others.
