| Why after I have glossed skirting boards etc does the colour go a dirty white colour after about 4 weeks |

What was on the skirting before and make of paint.
Did you use an undercoat. |

| maybe smoke stains bleeding through the gloss. is it a home with smokers? Dai |

| This the oil that's in the gloss discolouring. Personally when I decorate I use a water based gloss as it has no oil in it and is very easy to apply and it never discolours. |
