My garden backs onto an open field but there is an area of about 100' between my fence and the open field which can only be described as scrubland - dead trees, 60' long brambles growing over them, nettles 5' tall etc. I have fenced off an area of this (around 50'x40') and have cleared it up, removing the brambles, nettles and dead trees.
Can you inform me as to how I go about claiming it as adverse possession please? I started the process 6 years ago. |
