Hiya, hope someone can guide me on this one.

We are thinking of buying a new house & we know it needs a complete re-wire, can anyone give me a rough price on how much I'll be paying?
It's a 3 bedroomed detached, with kitchen, dining room, loung & utility.

Many Thanks!

Alot will depend on the age of the house and the way it is built.
Guide price would be between £2400-£4000.
