Not sure if i have a blocked drain outside or if an internal problem.

when flush toilet the water rises and slowly resides, when the shower is used or the sink is emptyed air bubbles out from the toilet, the sinks dont empty slowly but the shower does. My toilet and shower are on the same side as the downstairs toilet so im presuming the piping is all linked

please can someone advise

thank you

I would go for the blocked drain and lift the inspection chamber lid
