Our 2nd floor toilet will make a lot of noise in the pipes after flushing if someone turns on water anywhere in the house before it finishes filling the tank and will not stop until the tank is full. The noise is a loud vibration (very loud) and not really any knocking to it. I will add that this toilet has to be watched when flushed because the flapper doesn't always shut all the way, so the handle may need a tap to help after flushing. Any ideas on how to resolve this noise problem?
