Can you answer this please.
If I where asked by my employer to drive a lorry overweight or drive/work longer than the official nine (ten twice in the week) hour day and then have an accident, would I bear sole responsibility?
If the cause of the accident was prooved to be not my fault, would this change the outcome?

100% your fault, unless the boss held a shotgun to your head.

Saying that the Company can/will get done as well, and quite heavy.
