I want to move the electricity meter from inside the kitchen to an outside wall. Who do I contact? Can any electrician do it or does it have to be the electricity supply company that own the meter?

Also how is a Part P certificate issued for a complete house rewire. Is it on disc or paper certificate?

Greateful thanks for any help offered.

Your supply company will need to move your meter as it is there property.
The part 'P' cert comes to you in paper format and goes to the local authority via e-mail.
