Hello

When I am running my mains pressure shower, I sometimes hear a 'clunk' and then the cold water cuts out, despite the tap being fully turned on. This then leaves the person in the shower getting scolded by hot water.

I'm assuming its some kind of blockage so have tried taking off the tap and having a look but there is not obvious blockage. perhaps its ufrther down in the pipe....Any ideas?

thanks

Tsmith

How can suggestions be made when you don't give make/model of offending shower?
