I recently purchased a dishwasher. I tore out the cabinet and discovered there was already a power wire running from the wall. Once I hooked up the dishwasher I discovered there was no power. There is an outlet above my counter. I pulled the cover off and there are two sets of black and white wires running to both side of the outlet. Not sure if either one is the wire to my dishwasher. I then pulled of the switch cover that controls my garbage disposal. There are three sets of power wires going into the box. Two black are going to one side of the switch. Then there are four whites bound together. Then there is a black wire by itself and a red wire by itself. Not sure what any of these are and was wondering if anyone can help me!
