Hi
I just made a purchase on the internet for a shower enclosure. It was quite clear to me that there was an error as it only billed me £1.00 for the Shower plus £19.99 delivery. The order was placed, accepted and processed. Half an hour later i received a call saying we are not sending you a shower for £1.00.
Do i have a right to receive the goods at this price?
