Good Day,
I have installed a 3-way light circut with power to the lamp via 12/2 wire. From the lamp to the 3-way switch via 12/2. From the 3-way switch to the 3-way switch via 12/3.
Everething works, problem is when power is off in both switches flourescent bulb blinks every 3-5 seconds...WHY?????
