Sad
Does anyone know of any software for plumbers to manage the ins and out of the business ie stock control, booking system, estimates, customers details, financial records/book keeping etc.
If anyone knows of any software please can you let me know, thank you so much.

Dosen't include a booking in facility but for book keeping, stock, estimates and invoicing I use Quickbooks.

If you have a copy of Microsoft Access then a few hours will see a very capable and customisable database.

Mine has bookings, wages, customer history, sales brochures, MI's, regulations and more. It took a long time to get to that stage, but it vas only a weekend before I was able to use constructively.

Hello Mate.

Did you customise the templates or design your own, I use Access all the time for club and league accounts, Power point is good for presentation and web design.

Very Happy fancy seeing you here...

The whole thing was designed from scratch using a combination of forms, queries, tables and web style hyperlinks.

The latest addition is a stock control section but I can't be bothered to update it the whole time.

Chris introduced me, don't get all the excitement like you know where.

You going to sign up as a moderator, could do with an expert on boilers to help Alan out.

My Henley on Thames jobs been stopped again (asbestos) tested positive, and just when the snooker season starts, Monday firs game.

And we got emoticons that work Laughing

You big woopsy... put a dust mask on and go back to work... Rolling Eyes

I'm waiting for the webmaster to email back.

Guess we have to be a bit more tight lipped here, but I suppose there is more regard for the GSIUR's.

Lagging!

Mate had corgi pay him a visit last week with the plumbers that fitted his boiler, and didn't finish the flue, safety pipe to outside, commission or benchmark/logbook, been dragging on for 6months so gave him their number.

They were there for over two hours and he went ballistic.
