My fellow tenants and I will shortly be moving out of our rented accomodation and our landlord recently came round to inspect the property and allow letting agents to view it. Although she gave the required notice, all of the tenants were working and so were not present. When we returned home it was obvious that she had been through a fellow tenant's drawers as the contents ah dbeen disturbed and items in bags were emptied and the bags removed. while we know this is outrageous behaviour we have no proof. however we would prefer it if our landlord/her agents did not inspect the house unaccompanied again. is there anyway we can enforce this?
