Hello, I have some mould or growth starting to form on a wall in my extention, it is just above the skirting board but never had this problem before.
Any idea's to the cause and treatment of this area???

Rising damp. check soil level against external wall, should be at least six inches [120mm] below damp course , also check for leaking rain water pipe or over- flowing guttering........Dai
