| We recently had our bradford white hot water heater replaced under warranty (2 years old). We have a hot water line that evidently circulates hot water to the furthest parts of the house so it get hot quicker when the tap is turned on. Since having the heater replaced this curculation does not seem to be working (get hot water but not quick like we used to). Also, have to turn the hot on much higher even with hot water heater almost up to max thermostat. I have cleaned the valve on the circualtion line but no help. What do you think I should do? The people who put in the heater did not really have a solution. I am pretty good mechanically and fixing things, but I don't know where to start on this?? Thanks! Doug |

Tell them to come back and sort the problem as it is down to them.
If they say they cannot or willnot then threaten them in writing that you will get another company in to sort the problem and they will be getting the bill.
They have a legal obligation to sort the problem out if it was working prior to boiler replacement. |
