Hi i have been getting nagging pains in my gums, it has now spread to my teeth, its giving me earache and a headache. There is also this horrible taste coming out of my gum. Im a bit worried about it because i smoke, should i be worried about this.

Sounds like you might have an abcess. Only way to be sure tho is to go and see a dentist. Prevention is always better than cure so you should always see a dentist for a check up every 6 months. This way problems can be identified before they get to the stage where you are in pain and worried.
