Is there a machine I can purchase which 'dices' vegetables, I have a food processor, but it only chops shreds and slices.

The 'V' slicer on one of the shopping channels does the job very well.

The other thing you could do...is to practise more with a decent knife.
There is nothing to beat it......especially for dicing veg. Wink
