| We have a leak in the lead flashing. We can get to the leak and we think we can block it etc. What's ther best stuff to use - some kind of tar???? |

Weatherproof silican sealent made for sealing window frames etc, from B+Q or the likes.

as long as it is suitable for outside use, you will be ok.
make sure the surfaces are dry and clean for a good seal.
