Potterton Suprima 40 fan assisted boiler, Flowmax mains pressure hot water tank system, Wilo Gold 50 pump (brand new)

My boiler keeps tripping out, happens when it's cold or hot. Have to press the reset button for it to start working again, (the pump stays on whenever the bolier trips out). This I sometimes have to do several times a day, or sometimes it can go for a couple of weeks without any problems. Have had the system power flushed, and had a new pump fitted. Anyone any ideas about what to try next. Had a couple of engineers look at it, hence the flush and new pump. No improvment, and I'm at my wits end as to what to try.

Please help.

sounds like your overheat stat is faulty if it trips out when its cold have you checked it for its correct operation?
