if a company continually has the ninety day notice period running obviously this means it is in a redundancy situation if an employee finds another job while the notice period in running can he demand his redundancy pay on leaving

If the Company asks for voluntary redundancy's, then you can forward your name to be considered.

If You hand in your notice then you haven't been made redundant and the Government will be very unlkely to pay up.
