Hi there,
My partner and I were together for 9 years, living together for just less than 5. We were due to be married in July but have just decided to go our separate ways.
I would like to buy him out of the house (which is currently on the market), how do we determine who is entitled to what from the house? i.e gifts from relatives, tools for work, furniture etc etc.
Any guidance/help would be very much apreciated.

The easiest and cheapest way is to sit down amicably and decide who wants what and share everything 50/50.

The other way involves Solicitors, the Courts and 1/2 of everyting you have in costs.

I tried it both ways Crying or Very sad
