| My circulating pump for my first floor zone tries to turn but the shaft won't. I am able to get the shaft to turn a small amount but very difficultly. Finally after a while, the set screw from the pump to the shaft let go and the pump spins on the shaft. What could be causing the shaft not to turn? |

oxide build up on the pump can cause it to seize  |
