When asking a question our "resident boys" will need as much information as possible, if you want help you have to give information.

for example, its no use saying my rads make noises and ask why if you don't then say, for example, just had new rad and its new rad thats noisy and its an xyz boiler

1) Boiler make / model (gas or oil)

2) What is / is not happening

3) Has ANYTHING else been done / changed recently

4) When did it (problem) start

5) When does it happen? eg, heating coming on or going off

6) Anything else you feel may be of relevance

7) Please also be patient for a reply, no one gets paid to reply on these forums, and like you, our "pros" have a daytime job to do.

8 ) DO NOT post a question under this message, this is for information only

9 ) try to remember we are only seeing what you type not the job !!
