| My wife wants a towel rail fitting inthe bathroom, as i have not drained the radiator system before, is there anything special i need to do? |

turn the feed off to the header tank (or tie the ballvalve up
find the drain tap attach a hose
turn the boiler off
open drain tap / open bleed screw on rad
remove rad
install towel rail (use new valves)
close drain tap
open water feed to head tank
bleed system including the pump
enjoy praise from misssus  |
