hi
can anyone help me my fatherinlaw cannot get connected to the internet he has a bt broadband package i have been on the phone for 3 hours getting passed all over the place but no one can help he cannot remember his password to get connected has anyone have any ideas bt have been hopeless i have to phone again tomm it just keeps saying invalid username or password
im pulling my hair out

BT should be able to give him his password - give them a hard time.

can you get access to the internet somewhere else and then try going to the bt website and clicking on 'i've forgotton my password'
