I have a 3 year old Ford Focus, purchased from a Ford dealer, done about 40,000 kms. At around 100 kms an hour, 70 mph an annoying whistling/whining noise noise can be heard. I've taken it back to Ford twice, they come for a drive, hear the noise, scratch their heads and then don't fix it. It'll be out of warrenty soon.
Any ideas at all what it could be and how I can get Ford to do anything about it.

Go see the boss man and create merry hell.

If that don't work, RAC or AA may be able to help.
