I'm about to tile a floor that has just been concreted.Do I need to prep it before applying the adhesive & what would be the best thing?I heard someone mention pva glue ,if so would it need diluting?

An acrylic floor leveling compound from Jewson and other builders merchants.
Tile shops will also have the stuff. |

The floor is already level,I was wondering if you needed to seal it?

As I said the tiles are from Top Tiles, 30cm x30 cm x0.8 cm,they are made in turkey by Topraser.
