I have recently installed a bath and shower on the same wall of my bathroom, the waste from the shower runs to meet the waste from the bath. When I empty the bath, the water runs back to the shower tray and fills up, luckily not overflowing! Is there a waste pipe with a one-way flap/valve.

I cannot raise the shower tray as is boxed in.

Any help would be gratefuly appreciated.
