Afternoon all, my first post here but not my last!! We have just had planning permission granted for a single story extension. My question relates to service pipes that I believe run under the same area. What pitfalls will this lead too when the builder arrives to dig foundations? What should I be aware of? Any advice would be great thanks

Any soil pipes have to be encased in concrete, your BO will advice when you have them exposed.

Water pipes, electric cables etc would normally be ducted into the building, so again if any get in the way of the footings they will need to be moved.
