I wouldn't like to say for certain but I would never use it because it has a reputation for causing blockages.

| I like Charmin, but do not want to clog the plumbing. I had heard this years ago, but didn't know if it was still true. I'll be going back to Northern. Thanks for responding. |

Budget toilet paper tends to break down in water within a few minutes whereas the more luxury paper takes tens of minutes. The "moist" wipes may take days to breakdown.
This should not matter too much is there is a clear path though the drains. However, if there is something to snag on then the paper / wipes that takes longer is more likely to give rise to a problem. |
