I wouldn't like to say for certain but I would never use it because it has a reputation for causing blockages.

But why do you ask??

I like Charmin, but do not want to clog the plumbing. I had heard this years ago, but didn't know if it was still true. I'll be going back to Northern. Thanks for responding.

Budget toilet paper tends to break down in water within a few minutes whereas the more luxury paper takes tens of minutes. The "moist" wipes may take days to breakdown.

This should not matter too much is there is a clear path though the drains. However, if there is something to snag on then the paper / wipes that takes longer is more likely to give rise to a problem.
