Probably yes they can.
You would need to discuss your terms of employment with a solicitor, but I wouldn't hold much hope.
The Company I work for has a new Director and is making changes that are not in the best interest of the Company as far as I'm concerned, the worse thing he will not listen to us dinasaurs that have been in the trade for 40 odd years.
The point is he seems to be able to do just what he wants, and we can like it or leave attitude.
I have a meeting in his office first thing Tuesday morning half a dozen other Companies have already been chasing me, so could be very interesting chat  |
