I filed my taxes this week and they were rejected because some other female claimed me. It was my ex-wife. We were divorced in the very beginning of last year. I have not lived in the same state or with her since. Obviously she will get audited for this, but I am curious if there are any legal rights I have in addition. She was illegal to this country before we were married, apparantly I was her avenue to the states. Anyway, I was just curious of your thoughts..
