I am a government employee working for the US Army. I usually file the Easy form, but last year I borrowed against my 401K Thrift Savings Plan to put down money on a home. How should I file this year and will I have to pay taxes on that loan?

Unfortunately my Tax inspector wife died last year and I don't know how your system works.

I would think the best plan is to discuss it with your friendly taxman.
