Hi there. I have roughly drawn up some plans to extend my house. I need to know what the next steps are. It is all single story. I wish to move the kitchen from the front of the house, to the rear (In the new part). Also wish to put in a downstairs loo in the new part aswel. Down the side of the house i want to replace the prefab garage with a brick built one. I'm going to try and do as much of the work as possible.
Who do i see first to get the ball rolling?

Thanks for looking

Building control at your local council will be your first port of call.
Good luck.
