What country are you in as advise could be different?

Assuming you are in UK I would first suggest you make up a 'test lead' consisting of a bulbholder, low wattage bulb and leads made into the form of testprods.

You can now check by connecting one lead to the neutral and the other in turn to the respective fuses/mcb's for the defective circuits.

If lamp does not light check at input side of each one.

It is now common pratice, in this country, to split fuse board electrically into two. One part controlled by main switch and other by RCD device. This could be faulty.

Report back results of chechs and I will guide you through next stage.

Alan
