ok...I have an electrical outlet that reads 140 volts with my vom the Air condition reads 230/208 volts with 7.9/8.9 Amperes on the box

It also has a picture of the Air Conditioner plug prongs and that reads 230v and 15 amperes.

The question is can i use my outlet to plug this A/C to with out any problems?

This wall outlet was specifically made for just one appliance to plug into.

Still won't work, if it was the other way round you could use a tranformer.
