Looking at the roof lining it appears to be damaged in several areas and daylight is getting between the roof tiles. From the outside the roof tiles seem to be intact/aligned and there doesn't seem to be any water getting through. Do I need it re-lined / re-roofed?

My roof is 70 yrs old and has no under felt at all, I can also see daylight when in the loft with the lights off but touch wood I have never had a leak.
