Hi there,
I am hoping someone can help (please!!) I am immigrating from the UK but as a British national do i have to declare this before claiming a tax rebate for this financial year (i was told there was a different procedure for those leaving indefinately?!) or can i claim a straight forward rebate with my current P60 stating i shall not be working between now and april??
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

i find that the sooner you tell the nice people at the tax office about any changes the better.
