I've been using my Hoover AAA 1500 washing machine for the past 5 months, and recently whenver I put a wash on number 4 (standard 40' fast wash) it gets to the final spin in the cycle and doesn't stop. The spinning gets faster and faster and when I turn the dial onto finish, it keeps spinning and the only way to stop it is by turning the machine off. This is obviously a problem as I have to manually stop each load of laundry... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The programmer is faulty and needs replacing.
