water stains in the ceiling from leaking rad valve(no more).
whats a good sealer to keep the stain back. i have used PVA but it keeps coming back.
my missus keeps complaining about the stains. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
as the room has just been decorated.

After it's fully dried.

Primer sealer, expensive and hard to get.

Stain Block, expensive and smelly.

Best bet is two coats of oil based undercoat.
