Hi hope you can help. I just had someone round today to fix a valve by the tank (not the 3 way valve) it was a brass one he replaced this and drained the system and also put some sentinel x100 inhibitor in the system. Everything was good for a couple of hours or so then my rads have been dying of what seems like one by one now i think i only have two still hot and thats the ones near the tank. I have bled all the rads and the pump which still seems as though it is working can someone please help me as the person who did the work has gone on hols ta

sounds like air in the system you could try turning the pump speed up and turn off the rads that are working it might well be worth bleeding the pump

undo the large screw in the centre Wink

which valve was changed ie what did it do and what was it connected to

are you sure the pump is running Question

it is the valve above the pump and below the one with the plastic cover and yes the pump feels like there is some movement there

did you not notice the shaft spinning when you bled the pump

are you sure the valve is fully open

if on the other hand it is a bypass try closing it down a bit

undo the screw in the centre stick a small screwdriver in and make sure the shaft is turning

where exactly is the valve Question
