I used to have a mixer shower which was great until my back boiler went. I then had a combi boiler installed. Because the combi is downstairs I find that the water pressure upstairs is now very low - not enough power for the mixer shower. Is there any type of shower I could get? I really miss it and baths just take too long!

Any advice or suggestions much appreciated.

Bit outa my depth are combi's.

I gather you can get shower controls made specially for combi's, but it all depends on the boiler and the output in litres.

Your alternative is an electric shower if your mains is reasonable, this would also give you a backup if the boiler breaks down.

Cool
