Good afternoon. My 250 year old house is rendered to within 9 inches of the ground. At this level the brick/stone is exposed. I have recently pointed the brick/stonework and wish to "finish it off" with a coat of black paint. Can you suggest a good breathable matt black application. All of the paints I have looked at so far are waterproof etc (external I suppose!) but I think it is important that the wall be able to breathe. Most grateful for any ideas. Thanks, Graham
