| I am working on a house that has a generac auto switched back up generator installed. The line power panel is losing a leg intermittently. All connections are tight. There is an intermittent meter for the water heater supplied from the main power. I do not know what is causing the power to go on and off, the breaker does not trip... the power is lost and then comes back. Anybody familiar with this kind of prob? I am not sure what to check next... could the main breaker be malfunctioning? Is this something I should call the power company in on? Thanks for your help! B |

I phoned power company and reported incident. It may be their fault... at high demand times there just may not be sufficient power... they are looking into it. If you think of anything else going on here please respond.
Thanks!
