I am looking for a large (?2 inch) rubber/metal washer for an old cistern.
The centre is metal with a square hole, and this holds the surrounding rubber ring
The cistern is ceramic, the internal workings are almost entirely metal.
A plumber at B&Q thinks I have a "clyde" cistern.
The whole mechanism depends on this rubber washer to stop the water running continually.
Can you tell me where I could get one?
Thanks |
