I am rewiring a shop we recently got and need some advice on the consumer unit.
The shop will contaoin the following.
2 x normal sized fridges
2 x large drinks fridges
1 x chest freezer
1 x cooker
1 x convection Oven, 13amp plug
1 x refrigerated display counter
2 x hot water boilers
1 x tea urn
1 x toaster
1 x baguette machine, like a george foreman
1 x food blender
1 x kettle
1 x pie display oven
5 x flourecent tubed lighting

I need to know what size of consumer unit to get and what rating mcb's I should fit and how many.
Any other relevent information would also be appreciated.

In order to answer without either teaching you to suck eggs, so as to speak, or bog you down with technicalities can you give some indication of your electrical knowledge/skill.

Also need ratings of appliances. Type gives no indication of power requirements. Cooker for instance could be a baby belling, working from a 13Amp socket to a large industrial unit requiring suitable protection.

Also need to know type and rating of incomming supply.
