About 2 years ago we replaced our hot water heater. We have a large house (4,000 sq. ft.) so we had the plumber install a circulating pump on the hot water heater so we would have instant hot water in the upstairs areas of the house. Everything worked fine until this fall when drained the hot water heater. After that in our upstairs bathroom the hot water would just trickle out. The cold water on the same facet had good pressure. The bath tub in the other upstairs bath had a grit come out with the hot water but the pressure was fine. The hot water in the basement bath also has the same problem, very little pressure. It seems I stirred some sediment up when I drained the hot water heater. What can be done if anything to get our hot water pressure back to normal? Also our house is about 35 years old.
Thanks
