Story so far
- Over a period of time the system lost 1 bar of pressure for some reason
(found there to be a massive air lock in the system and this shifted).
- Still a leak somewhere. Pumped up expansion vessel to .6bar. This has helped.
- Now leak on boiler!! Water now started coming out of reduced pressure zone valve run off.
Help what is causing this.

| If there is still water leaking out of the prv(the small pipe that leads to the outside.. hopefully), then the expansion thank has done its worst and has damaged the prv's washer. It happens if it has been leaking for a long period of time. The only way is to drain down the boiler and replace the prv. |

There is 2 points of drainage out of the system. When the pressure is too much, the water comes out of the PRV outlet. For instance, I fill the tank to 1.5bar, yet for some reason the pressure rises to 3 bar. This then starts the PRV and it empties on my garage floor.
Over the last couple of days it is coming out of the RPZ valve overflow too.
Does anyone know a plumber in the Rochdale area.

Lost me there, What make and model boiler is it for starters.
The expansion is ok ish at 0.6bar, the system pressure is ok at 1.5 bar cold, but what tank did you fil to 1.5 bar.
Are you disconnecting the filler loop after filling.
Have you check the rad valves for drips, remove the caps to check.
